Refund policy

Overview: All Sales are Final Because our books are printed specifically for you when you order (Print-on-Demand) and our eBooks are delivered instantly, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind." Please review your order carefully before purchasing.

1. Damages and Issues (Defective Items) If you receive a book that is damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will happily replace it for free.

  • What to do: Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, email us immediately at info@authorhowardkane.com.

  • Photo Evidence: Please include a clear photo of the damage/error in your email. You usually do not need to mail the damaged book back to us; the photo is enough for us to process a replacement.

2. Digital Products (eBooks & Audiobooks) All digital products are non-refundable. Because these items are delivered instantly via email, all sales are final.

Having trouble opening your book? Please do not worry; we will ensure you get your file.

  • Option A (Best): Click the "Need Help?" link at the top of your BookFunnel download page. Their team specializes in getting books onto Kindles, iPads, and Androids.
  • Option B: Email BookFunnel support directly at help@bookfunnel.com.
  • Option C: Reply to the delivery email you received.

3. Exceptions / Non-returnable items We cannot accept returns on:

  • Digital goods (eBooks, Audiobooks).

  • Sale items or Gift Cards.

  • Physical books that are not damaged or defective (e.g., if you ordered the wrong format or changed your mind).

4. International Orders (US Only) Currently, this store ships to the United States only.

  • Why? Due to complex international tax laws (VAT) and customs duties, we cannot fulfill direct orders outside the US at this time.

  • International Readers: Please purchase our books via Amazon or other retailers. They ship globally with local shipping rates and handle all customs fees for you.

5. Refunds In the rare case that a refund is approved (e.g., a replacement is not available for a damaged item), you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
